Career Closet

The Career Closet serves men and women in need of clothes for interviewing or employment.
Individuals may have up to two outfits at no cost to help them start their work wardrobe.

Location and Hours

Location: US BANK Building, Suite 320, at 401 Fifth Street, Wausau

Hours:
Tuesdays from 4:00 - 5:00 PM
Wednesday from 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM
1st Saturday of each month from 9:00 am - noon

Donations

Donations of contemporary men’s and women’s business and business casual attire and accessories are needed. New or like new, clean donations on hangers can be dropped off during regular hours.

Host a Donation Drive at your work, church or community group. Download this poster to advertise your drive and help us collect items for the closet.

Other Services

Individuals may request help with completing an application, resume, or interviewing skills. Email us to schedule an appointment.

Volunteers Needed

The Career Closet relies entirely on volunteers. Volunteers are needed to help during the hours the Career Closet is open and you can sign up for whatever times fit your schedule. Please email us for more information. Sign up on-line to volunteer.
