Join United Way Women in Action and experience the powerful collaboration of women committed to improving the quality of life in our community. Women in Action is dedicated to making a difference through focused philanthropic giving, advocacy and volunteerism.

Women in Action members:

Member Directed Project Investment

Through 2012, Women in Action will fund goal achievement incentives for families enrolled in Project Step Up. Members selected this program to receive the majority of Women in Action funds and volunteer service commitment.

Engagement Opportunities

Women in Action provides the opportunity for you to participate at the level that works for you. You can attend events, volunteer, join a committee or simply make a financial contribution.

How to Join

• Make a gift of $250+ to United Way to be part of the Sisterhood Circle
• Opt-in to Women in Action when making your pledge
• Gifts of $1000+ will be part of the Sponsorship Circle
• Make sure we have your donation information by filling out this pledge card
