United Way of Marathon County Women United, gifted 30 holiday bags filled with goodies for their annual Christmas for Mommies.
While this event typically takes place in person with 30 moms, children of the participants and a couple dozen volunteers, this year looked different. Bags were given to Catholic Charities (Project Step Up) and The Women’s Community to appropriately distribute.
While the event did not take place in person, our members helped to ensure that these hard working moms were able to enjoy a vast variety of items. A special thank you to the numerous women who donated items to make this event memorable for all recipients!
