Women United 15th Anniversary

Keynote Speaker of the night: 

Shanna Yonke is an attorney at Ruder Ware, and she’s been a United Way donor and Women United member since 2012. Shanna appreciated the mission of Women United and her relationships with the other members so much that she chose to lead in various capacities – from chairing the Women United Leadership Council, to co-chairing Power of the Purse. Currently, Shanna is the Past Chair of the United Way Board of Directors. She is passionate about the United Way’s bold goal to lift 10,000 community members to financial stability by 2033, and she believes Women United plays an important role in our collective efforts toward achieving that goal.

Volunteer Project: Creating Period Poverty Kits to provide feminine hygiene products to girls in need. Kits will be distributed through local schools.
