Q: What do you love most about your career? A: So many things! I love being able to create life-long memories for the fans that attend our games whether it’s through a great ticket package or group outing, or through a fun promotion we have going on! I also love that there is so much variety to what I do on a daily basis. I can be working on anything from ticket sales to marketing to hiring interns for the season. I enjoy working with our intern staff each summer too. I started as an intern for a baseball team myself so it is cool to share my experiences, to teach them, and to see them grow throughout the summer.
Q: What has been your most rewarding experience in Emerging Leaders? A: It has been great to be able to connect with other young professionals in Marathon County. I moved here from Gurnee, IL not knowing anybody so it was a fantastic way to get involved, meet people and to familiarize myself with the area.
Q: What is your favorite Emerging Leaders event of the year? A: The Supper Club Tour. It is so fun being able to check out the best restaurants in the area while networking with others.
Q: What is your favorite place to visit in Marathon County (location, restaurant, etc.)? A: I love to go hiking around Rib Mountain State Park any time of year! I also like to grab a bite to eat at Red Eye Brewing Company (their burgers are my favorite in town) and then head over to the Grand Theater to catch a show. (Shameless plug…I will be performing in the Wausau Community Theatre’s production of Legally Blonde the Musical at the Grand in March…come check it out!)
Q: Name one thing on your bucket list. A: Attend a major sporting event like the Super Bowl or World Series someday. 😊
