Mission Statement: United Way Emerging Leaders is the next generation of professionals, uniting to help our community thrive. We seek to spark and sustain professionals to improve the community and themselves.

Impact Focus: Empowering those entering the workforce to achieve financial stability by building job skills and accessing resources that help them thrive.

Goals:

  1. Make a Difference in Marathon County: Contribute your time, talents, and monetary resources to create a meaningful impact on Marathon County.

  2. Grow an Engaged Membership: Join our vibrant community and become a part of our engaged membership, dedicated to making a positive difference.

  3. Cultivate Leadership Skills: Foster your leadership skills for both professional and personal development, creating a foundation for lasting success.

School Grant Application: Emerging Leaders is offering school grants up to $500 to applicants within Marathon County School Districts.
Not only can teachers and school officials apply, but students and coaches can too, as well as 501(c)(3) organizations. The grant is open to applicants serving seventh through twelfth grade students. The application closes October 18. APPLY HERE
