Eli Leal

Eli Leal joined United Way of Marathon County as the Resource Development Assistant. He manages our online workplace campaign giving, known as ePledge, for more than 40 companies. Eli previously spent seven years as a DSP for various group homes that support individuals with mental or physical disabilities, specifically individuals with dual diagnoses. He is working toward a degree in IT Cybersecurity at NTC. Outside of work, Eli enjoys playing basketball, video games, fishing, and hiking, and is involved in an NTC Variety eSports club. He was impressed with the “good” United Way does in the community and can see the different programs are making in this community.
