Instant Impact Grants

United Way of Marathon County is pleased to re-open our initiative, Instant Impact Grants. These grant opportunities are designed to address immediate needs/projects in our community that help United Way of Marathon County achieve its Bold Goal of lifting 10,000 community members to financial stability by 2033.
United Way of Marathon County are seeking applications from nonprofit organizations that provide projects in alignment with the focus areas below:

•    Basic Needs (Housing, Food)
•    Childcare
•    Employment & Income
•    Behavioral Health

We welcome projects that address urgent needs in our community.
As always, grants will be awarded through an application process. Applications will be evaluated by a dedicated group of United Way staff & board members otherwise known as our Instant Impact Review Committee.

The grant process will not fund sponsorship requests.

Grant Requirements:
•    501c3 or Nonprofit Status
•    A grant request of $10,000 or less.
•    Funds should be used in 2 months or less from project start date.
•    Works towards our bold goal to lift 10,000 community members to financial stability by 2033.

At the conclusion of your project United Way of Marathon County will request the following outcomes:
•    Individuals Served
•    Individuals referred to other services
•    A success narrative, including any relevant data
•    overview of how the funds were used
