Evening Out at the Milk Merchant

Meet Mary Gallagher the owner of  The Milk Merchant.  The Milk Merchant is primarily known for its wide variety of artisanal cheeses from Wisconsin and Europe, but also available is an assortment of wine, craft beer, specialty grocery items, chocolate, olive oils and vinegars, ice cream and gift items! Gift items include cheese boards, knives, serving platters, jewelry, tote bags, greeting cards, custom gift baskets and other seasonal items. The Milk Merchant also offers catering- think cheese boards and appetizers, as well as classes- think Mozzarella Making and Rosé Pairing.

A little bit about Mary Gallagher is that she is no stranger to being a business owner. She and a partner owned Beadniks, a bead and jewelry shop in Chicago for 10 years. Her partner still runs Beadniks, a boutique that sells beads and jewelry supplies, finished jewelry and offers classes as well as a space for private parties.
